Welcome to Noel, Kovacs & McGuire, P.C. Our firm has three attorneys and a support staff of a paralegal and three secretaries that are dedicated to providing you with necessary legal services. Combined with our depth of understanding the complexities that you face in the legal system, together with our convenient location in the middle of Eastern Pennsylvania, we are uniquely positioned to assist you in protecting your legal interests.

We are located in Palmer Township, between the cities of Easton and Bethlehem, just west of the intersection of PA Route 248 and Newburg Road, across the street from the Palmer Township Municipal Complex; and approximately one mile east of the PA Route 33 and 248 interchange (See map).

Our practice covers all of eastern Pennsylvania. We have appeared in both State and Federal courts from the northern reaches of the Pocono Mountains to the major urban centers in the Delaware Valley, including Philadelphia.

As reflected in our resumes that follow, we have handled most types of cases that require litigation: Civil, Domestic Relations, Employment, Civil Rights, and Municipal Zoning. We have tried cases ranging from multi-million dollar construction disputes, to major personal injury claims, and significant employment and civil rights issues.

The attorneys are not only "battle tested", they have a diverse and combined experience in the court system (two of the attorneys have served a judicial law clerks), that makes them uniquely qualified to analyze your case from a practical and realistic standpoint. While legal theory is always required, common sense and practical strategy are emphasized in fighting to achieve the best possible result for the client in an efficient manner.

Though we do have standard office hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., we are always available to meet with you when it is convenient, including weekends and evenings. We understand that life does not stop when a legal emergency arises and we will be there to help you.
